Dear visitors:
The National Aquatics Center is located in Beijing's Chaoyang district where several medium- and high-risk areas for COVID-19 were recently added. In accordance with local epidemic prevention and control requirements, and in order to safeguard public health, we have updated our epidemic countermeasures starting from April 26, 2022. Please read the following instructions before visiting:
I. Visitors shall strictly adhere to the city's COVID-19 countermeasures. Before entering the venue, please register by scanning the venue's QR code using the Beijing Health Kit. Visitors are required to display valid green codes from the health kit and the travel itinerary card, as well as a negative nucleic acid result from a test taken within the previous 48 hours. During your visit, please comply with the venue's COVID-19 prevention measures.
II. Visitors shall confirm that both they and those they are living with have not visited medium- or high-risk areas (specific list available in the State Council mobile app) within 14 days of visiting, and that they are not“space-time contacts” of confirmed cases or close contacts. Visitors with a temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius or higher or experiencing symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, rash, conjunctivitis, jaundice or changed sense of smell/taste shall be denied entry.
III. Visitors shall adhere to the prevention measures throughout the duration of their visit, including wearing a face mask at all times, maintaining good hand hygiene, avoiding gathering in groups, and maintaining 1-meter social distancing.
IV. Unconditional refunds of purchased tickets are available prior to visiting. Visitors can book tickets again after meeting all the epidemic prevention and control requirements.
V. The National Aquatics Center reserves the right to adjust visitor numbers or close the venue in accordance with the local epidemic prevention measures in Chaoyang district.
