The National Aquatics Center in Beijing will be open to the public starting Jan. 7, 2023. You can make an appointment through our official WeChat account (ID: mywatercube). If you have any questions, you can reach our customer service team at 400 620 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The venue's opening hours run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the off-peak season. Ticket sales close at 5:50 p.m., and the last entry to the venue is at 6:00 p.m. The venue will be cleared and closed at 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively. Please enter through Gate 6 on the southeast side and Gate 7 on the west side of the venue.
