Updated business hours starting April 29, 2023

Dear visitors,

We would like to inform you of a change in business hours at the National Aquatics Center, also known as the Water Cube or the Ice Cube, effective from April 29. The new hours of operation are as follows:

Ticket counter hours:

    On-site ticket counter open daily from 9:20 a.m. to 7:20 p.m.

Check-in counter hours:

    Weekdays:

        Visiting services: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

        Water Park entrance: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

        Swimming Club entrance: 12 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

    Weekends & official holidays:

        Visiting services: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

        Water Park entrance: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

        Swimming Club entrance: 10 a.m. – 7:30  p.m.

        (Note: Training sessions in the Swimming Club begin two hours prior to 10 a.m.)

Venue clearing times:

    Water park: 6 p.m. (facilities will be turned off at 5 p.m.)

    Visiting services: 8 p.m.

    Swimming services: 9 p.m. (swimming pool will be cleared at 8:30 p.m.)
